If a person needs emergency medical help but doesn’t want to call the ambulance team and instead wants to go to a hospital reception on your own or with the help of a friend or a relative, information about the services available there is essential.
To be able to provide certain types of care, a healthcare facility must have the appropriate specialists on duty and the necessary equipment available. For example, there are hospital admission wards where you can go if you suspect a broken bone, and others where you can go if you have burns or cuts.

Please note that hospital reception wards do not provide state-funded medical care for non-emergencies that require an elective service!
